π Terms of Service (TOS)
Welcome to IT Help of SWFL. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (βTermsβ). Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
IT Help of SWFL offers professional IT services including but not limited to:
TV mounting and audiovisual installation
Smart home setup and automation
Wi-Fi and network configuration
On-site and remote tech support
Web hosting and domain/email management
Cloud backup and recovery
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Payments
All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Some remote or web-based services may require prepayment or a monthly subscription. Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for digital or remote services are at our sole discretion and typically only granted if service has not yet commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and ensure access to all necessary premises, devices, or accounts. We are not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Under no circumstance shall IT Help of SWFL be liable for damages exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, documentation, training materials, and software configurations provided remain the property of IT Help of SWFL unless explicitly transferred via contract.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to services at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of our platforms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
