A 12,000-sq-ft Gordon Drive estate needed a technology refresh that matched its $18M architectural pedigree. We delivered a zero-visibility installation with invisible cable runs, enterprise-grade networking, and Sonos audio across 14 zones — plus dock-side entertainment.
The Challenge
Pre-wire had to be completed during the architectural framing phase with no visible termination plates in finished rooms. Every cable run, AP mount, and subwoofer location had to be coordinated with the builder, interior designer, and AV consultant.
Our Solution
6-week pre-wire schedule synced with the builder. UniFi Dream Router + 4 U7 Pro APs placed for edge-to-edge coverage including guest house. Sonos Amp driving 14 zones of in-ceiling speakers from Sonance. Dock-side Sonos Outdoor speakers weather-sealed to marine standards.

- 100% Gulf-coverage WiFi including dock and sea wall
